The section of the King’s Speech that read “Legislation will be brought forward to safeguard the future of football clubs for the benefit of communities and fans” suggests that the UK government will be following up on its commitment to put in place recommendations from the Fan Led Review, the FAB’s Julie Clarke provides an overview of what it is all about and what it means for English Football.
