FAB meetings are held every month, remotely on Teams, without Club members present. The only exception being the first meeting of a new season (and a new FAB), when the meeting is held in-person, at Everton HQ, Royal Liver Building. This is when new FAB members get to meet existing and newly elected members. Minutes of all meetings can be found below. Senior Club members may welcome the new FAB, but are then required to leave the meeting, before votes are held to elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary.
The FAB meets independently of the Club on a monthly basis.
All meeting minutes are made available to the fanbase, and are published on our website, once approved at the following month’s FAB meeting.
FAB meets with senior leadership members of EFC (including the CEO), on a quarterly basis.
A summary of the meetings is produced by the Club and ratified by the FAB, once jointly agreed. to be made available within 20 working days of each meeting. Like the FAB minutes, these are published on this website.
