FAN ADVISORY BOARD SUBMITS FAN IMPACT STATEMENT AHEAD OF SECOND PL COMMISSION HEARING

By Fan Advisory Board (21 Mar 2024)

The Everton Fan Advisory Board (FAB) has today called for the Premier League to suspend all current Commission hearings into breaches of Profit & Sustainability Rules (PSR), given the lack of any transparent, consistent and established sanctions guidelines, and called for Parliament to ensure that the new Independent Regulator has full oversight and powers on profit and sustainability rules.

In a Fan Impact Statement, submitted to Everton Football Club and the Premier League ahead of the second PL Commission hearing, the FAB sets out the implications a further potential charge would have for supporters, the community, Club staff, and the broader football family.

(NB: The Witness Statement previously submitted for the club’s appeal against the 10-point sanction has also been resubmitted.)
